Organic Tea

Go Organic

Organic tea gifts are something that I adore and would also recommend friends and relative to gift others. Most of the population in the world loves tea and I would strongly suggest you to buy a good brand of organic chamomile tea, organic green tea or even organic black tea.

Not only is the organic tea a better choice when compared to any other alcohol beverage and a sweet drink full of sugar and calories but it is a healthy drink.

Benefits of White Tea

The benefit of white tea cannot be overlooked for the antioxidants it offers. Besides, Organic white tea is among the most difficult ones to find among the popular tea brands. Moreover many people may not even know that white tea exists because it only grows at the specific time of the year and difficult to harvest too. In addition, it requires to be handled with care for the features and health benefits. It has to be conserved with extra attention and details for the freshness to be retained. There are not many organic white tea brands but you can easily locate Numi and Adagio brands, they do standout for their unique flavours and benefit of white tea.

Green Tea Benefits

Green tea for its medicinal benefits is popular throughout the planet. It is generally recommended to reduce obesity. Generally the water used to prepare green tea recipes is mildly warm, according to the taste and the regions it should be around 80 degree centigrade (170degree Fahrenheit). To retain the quality and taste of green tea leaves, it is advised to leave it in the water at lower temperatures. Too hot water and too much of seeping will generate a bitter flavor.

I didn't know that you need to use warm water with green tea. I have always used hot water, water that had started to simmer. I'll try now colder water and see if there's a difference.
