Best Personal Blender Review

by Gardenbella

A personal blender is a handy kitchen appliance because you can make a smoothie in no time at all and clean up is a breeze.

I have been having a smoothie for breakfast for several years now. In fact I turned on my whole family to having this nutritious and easy to make breakfast.

Mostly I make green smoothies that have a lot of greens including spinach, romaine, kale, green apples and grapes. But often I'll have a fruit smoothie with frozen berries, a banana and perhaps some protein powder.

Whatever one I choose, I know I have set myself up for a good beginning to the day.

A personal blender can be a perfect addition to your kitchen. They are especially handy if you like to make a quick smoothie or whip up some salsa for a snack. They are also great for making fresh baby food, grinding coffee beans or nuts.

The good news about personal blenders is that they take up a lot less room on your counter top or in the cupboard. They can be used anywhere including the office. They also have travel cups which makes them even more convenience to use.

If you are going to purchase a personal blender, make sure the style is the one you want but is powerful enough to do the jobs you need it to do.

Many have almost as much power as the larger blenders but they don't take up the same amount of room or have the same number of parts. If you like making smoothies but want something a little different try this one out:

Chocolate Banana Smoothie
1 cup coconut water
1 tbsp cacao powder
4 Medjool dates
2 whole banana
2 handfuls of spinach
Put the ingredients in the blender cup in the order they appear. Blend using the pulse setting. Bon Appetite! (see Video of recipe below)

I can't start the day without them. I find I have more energy and since I'm getting better nutrition I actually feel and think better as well.

I don't have a favorite blender but it sounds like I might need to because I love the sound of green smoothies.
