Exercises To Get Rid Of Cellulite

Learn a few basic exercises that can be done anywhere to help you get rid of your cellulite. These exercises require no equipment!

In a recent article I talked about the overview about getting rid of cellulite. One of the techniques I talked about was to exercise. But I didn't go into detail about the actual exercises to get rid of cellulite, so that’s why I decided to write an article with that in mind. Read on to learn what they are.

Most of these exercises have been put in place to accommodate for women because most of cellulite victims are women.  But these work just as well for men.  These exercises are all bodyweight exercises so you don’t need any equipment what so ever.

These exercises are great, but you should also be thinking about your diet to get rid of cellulite too, which I briefly talk about in this article, but even that doesn’t go into everything you need to know about how cellulite gets in your skin.

The Best Bodyweight Exercises To Get Rid Of Cellulite

The best thing you can do to get rid of cellulite is one of the most overlooked techniques, and it’s really simple to do.  It’s walking a lot.  Walking will do wonders to the reduction of cellulite on your body.  The more you walk, the more you will notice a reduction in your cellulite.  And the faster you walk the more benefit you will get. 

Walking will get circulation in your legs and that will in return start to cure your skin’s problem with cellulite.  Circulation is vital if you want to get rid of cellulite.

But here are also some great exercises that help you get rid of cellulite.

Burpees

Burpees aren't just a good exercise for cellulite; they are also great for cardio and to lose weight.  That is why I put this exercise first.  To perform burpees you start in a standing position.  Then quickly get into a push up position, perform a push up, get back up and jump as high in the air as you can, then repeat.

Squats

These are pretty self-explanatory.  Just bend your knees until your thighs are perpendicular to the ground.  If you want a harder workout, go down even further.  Make sure your back is straight when performing these. 

Lunges

These can be done as walking lunges, in which you actually take steps or you can just perform them as regular lunges.  A regular lunge is where you just perform a lunge and take a step backward.

Jump Lunges

These are also great for cardio and they are best done in a circuit.  The first time you try these you are going to get tired out pretty quickly, believe me, so take it easy the first time you do these.

The best way to get rid of cellulite isn’t though creams or pills, it is best done naturally.  Doing things naturally will never harm your body and you will never get any side effects.  Just make sure you learn as much information about cellulite as you can and check out Truth About Cellulite.
