Fit and Fantastic at any Age!

Not only will you look better but you will have more energy and a more positive outlook on life when you exercise.  Exercising helps build muscle but it also releases endorphins, the happy hormone, so you get to feel great as well.

There are some really good reasons to exercise on a regular basis.  Not only does it keep you in shape but it can improve the quality of your sleep.  As well as we age our bone strength diminishes and exercise will actually help to minimize the possibility of getting a bone fracture. Muscles will also lose their strength so a great preventive measure is exercise.

There is plenty of proof around that tells us that cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and even high blood pressure can be reduced or eliminated through regular exercise.

Exercise doesn’t have to be grueling and you don’t need a gym.  There are many exercises that can be done in your own home and some are as simple as walking.  Walk around your neighborhood.  Take the kids.  Twenty minutes three times a week can actually improve your overall fitness level and you might find you have more energy and you are getting better quality sleep at night as well!

There are plenty of reasons why you can’t exercise.  Yes, we all live busy lives with our jobs, children and other responsibilities but exercise will keep us fit and healthy throughout our lives. You don’t need the “right” clothes to exercise and you certainly don’t need to pay for expensive gym memberships. Find at least twenty minutes a day to do something physical and you will reap the rewards of a better body, more energy and a youthful attitude!
