Newbie Needs Help with Rank on a Page

Hi everyone! I just started Wizzley a few weeks ago and now have 4 pages published...forgive me, not sure what the name of the 'pages' are at Wizzley.

Anyways, I created on that is doing well but my 2nd lens How to Restore Wicker Furniture (http://wizzley.com/how-to-restore-wicker-furniture) is only at 38% ! I thought they all started at 50%. How in the world did I go backwards and why?

It's only gotten 18 views but I assumed that was because it's still waiting to be indexed. Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong? My other page went to 100% shortly after and the two I published today will hopefully do the same.

I come from Squidoo and Yahoo! Voices after writing for them about 4 yearas. I have the experience but I am not familiar with the Wizzley system.

Articles here are called a Wizz, or Wizzes 

I would guess the subject matter may be something searched for less or of less interest to Wizzley writers who contribute primarily to your first views, it may need more time to simmer.  

I have articles that sunk to less, much less than their launch scores, it's all good as they are evergreen so the possibilities are endless.

Thanks Katiem2...I didn't realize they went up and down. I assume it's kind of like Squidoo's lensrank. I thought it was the progress on the wizz. Like once it gets to 100%. Good to know. Thanks again!

By default, articles start out at 50. If they're an instant hit with regard to comments, bookmarks, etc., they may keep climbing without first dippin'.

Most articles, however, take a first dive after publishing, and then climb according to their popularity.

Even articles that have reached 100 may fall back, if they experience a complete lack of interest.

Reading your request for help made me aware of your page. It is just what I needed just at the right time.  What I suggest you might want to add to your page is something about the technique of spray painting to get an even coat of paint. I'm afraid to even try because of a project I once did years ago that came out awful. It is not enough to say to follow the directions on the paint can - maybe describe the best method and perhaps add a youtube video demonstrating this.
