The New Redgage

Even with the new uploader, I am still finding it very tiresome and time-consuming to upload anything at all to redgage - some of the time a notice comes up saying it is still uploading/processing, and you sit and wait 5 minutes and it still says same thing.  Other times I can't upload/amend old uploads, sometimes I can.  It's so frustrating.  I was hoping it might improve from the old system, so maybe I just need to wait another year.
