I'd published 174 wizzes before I realized that you can insert an image into a text capsule.
I've been using the image box, and have been frustrated by how rubbish it looks when you do it that way.
DOH!

HAHAHAH Nice one! It's the HP disease :) you know, where there are limitations your not sure why they exist... good ol' wizzley fixed that by allowing you to do just about anything- including moving into and positioning, AND wrapping text around, an image! It's a godsend feature- another one that you'd think would be on HP was being able to center text!!! Yep, you can center text, use H3 tags IN the text capsule (i.e. creating a title utilizing the font and color of titles on modules)... 174 huh? chit son, what do you do work here 24-7? I moved over 184, published so far 68 and that is/was a lot of work... I'm taking full advantage of the formatting capabilities of this site and juicing them up with monetization, but I also burn out after 3-5 wizzles so I'm chipping away at a bunch at a time with a goal just to improve/tweak 5 or so a day, publishing is slow but I'm getting more done at a time. Good luck... Jerrico p.s. @ Jo I saw your test page on pagewizz/test server haha, I like how you wrote it... I'm going to pin one up tomorrow when my head stops hurting to play around with the builder... from the looks of it the "popular" etc scroller on the front page is gone... I wish they'd add a feed like HP does, that is some serious syndication, I know I read and commented on articles I'd of never sought out... Wizzley is great but internal syndication needs an update :) a feed would be amazing Jerrico Usher - The Grass May Be Greener On The Other Side But I Installed A Mirror Over There! :-) - Join Our Wizzler Chat Room created by the people for the people to the people

ryank: 15. Jul 2012, 05:33 oh my... poor thing. I use the image in text box all the time. At least you discovered it before the next 174 you write... Pam can also be found at Zazzle.

Ryan, You mean you didn't read my Wizz on how to add images to your Wizzley article... Hmmm it's a good step by step. You can also move them once you place them in the text module.... Break A Pencil

I don't think I could go back to the static image module/capsule only format- I find the image in text incredibly useful and more dynamic which helps my creative flow and to help the reader visualize the content better. It also helps break up the text into a "magazine" format rather than a blocky one as is the case with SQ, HP, IB, and countless others that don't have this feature... I love wizzleys amazing set of mods! I love the way we can add pics here and I realized it from the very first wizz - Ryan that's because I actually wrote - I'm sure it would have skipped my sight if I were copying n pasting Check out my blog SEO for Dummies

Hi Brandon, I don't know about Ryan, but I'm not merely copy pasting anything, I am finding that although my work on HP was ok, a lot of my articles (even those that did very well) need some updating and rewriting (as my writing was poor at first then improved drastically)... I can see how you'd miss it in copy/paste mode, however :) I'm at the big 68 so far, it's not as fun to do this (migrating/rewriting) as it is to create a fresh new wizzle- I have to say I'm dreading the next 700 articles and I've been planting a few brand new ones lately to break up the monotony haha.... but that image in text is a great feature. BTW I started the video tutorial- tutorial wizzle, it's just words at this point but wanted to let you know it's going, I'm chipping away at it as I make vids for my clients (why I haven't really had time to do it) writing down the basics. I decided to go with Camtasia for the tutorial. Another problem is my computer seems to be super dusty (I live in the desert) and can't handle video production of video production (keeps taxing my cpu 100% while memory stays at 40%)... chow! Having problems here too.. RAM usage is going up to 90% on my 64bit Win 7 but the 32 bit one is fine. I checked there's absolutely nothing that could cause this non sense :) You're seriously going to move over all your HP articles? Aren't any of them doing well up there? I'm on a windows 64 bit dual processor and 4 gigs of ram and every time I just load camtasia it acts like me trying to climb stairs lately haha... I suspect it's dust inside the machine, we get a ton of dust in the high desert and I haven't ever dusted this computer (it's one of those HP touchsmart all in one's so not so easy as removing the case and blowing it out... waiting on Jo to write a wizzle about how to do this before I try it :) I remember my XP machine used to handle camtasia easily but 64 bits seem to heat up the processors too much... I'm thinking of getting a new computer and making dam sure it's video ready... As for HP I was banned remember? If I wasn't banned I'd of just left everything as it was (which in hindsight wasn't a good idea, moving them over and improving them updating them and monetizing them here is a much better move since I can apply my earned knowledge over the years to optimize them better... I see the ban now as an evolutionary step I'd of not made nor would I have ever found or even looked for Wizzley- I know this because I had signed up for wizzley 3 months before being banned from HP based on what I read in someone's "Hub", but I never did anything with it until I was removed... so in hindsight all is as it should be- but moving these articles over is tedious and boring really- takes me a whole day or more sometimes just to move/improve one wizzle- at my current rate It's going to be 2 years before I'm done sigh... Yep I'm moving over as many as I can, I think in the long run WZ will be the go to platform for earning AND great looking articles- Jerrico Jerrico Usher - The Grass May Be Greener On The Other Side But I Installed A Mirror Over There! :-) - Join Our Wizzler Chat Room created by the people for the people to the people
