Hermione Granger manages to look well dressed in almost every scene in the Deathly Hallows (part 1 and 2). Quite an accomplishment given that she's running from death eaters for most of part 1 and fighting along with Harry and Ron in part 2.
The dress Hermione Granger wears during the wedding of Fleur and Bill is red, tight and has thrills. I could not find the precise replica, but the one I did find certainly comes close.
Hermione Granger usually wears outfits with skinny jeans. If you haven't already got a grey, dark blue or black pair, here are a few.

Jacket - the Jacket Hermione Granger wears in The Deathly Hallows
I could not find a jacket to exactly match the jacket Hermione Granger wears in The Deathly Hallows. They did a good job giving her a unique outfit that looks very current though.
The high necked jacket I found does fit the profile and light off-white color of Hermione Granger's outfit, but in terms of fabric and dubble button rows it doesn't match.

In this second outfit Hermione Granger once again manages to look great, though scared, with a dark grey pair of yoga pants, a grey cardigan or long sleeved shirt and a reddish patterned scarf.
The combination is at once stylish and suitable for fleeing dark wizards and camping out. Even if the tent is magical and the dirt can be cleaned off with the wave of a magic wand (literally).
Don't you envy the magic powers that make Hermione such a cleaned up witch?
It's really the scarf that completes this outfit.
The fashion lesson here is: simple is fine as long as you have ONE (not more) interesting detail in the mix.
The colors in the scarf match Hermione's hair color in a subtle way as well. If you're a blond, I'd advise a lighter color, while darks skinned people can wear a bright red with this ensemble.
