How to Apply White Liner or Shadow

HOW

Trace the inner corners of the eye on the upper and bottom lid. The picture of above illustrates how a makeup artist has done the very thing on this famous star.
On the lower lid you extend the white pencil or shadow just about to the area where the lashes begin.
On the upper lid it can be extended a bit further and as far as the starting point of the largest arc of the eye. You may add black eye liner over the top of the upper shaded area to define the look.

Debbie, Glad you found the white eye liner beauty trick. You can also add black over the white, or black and white eye liner with the white meeting the black or the black over lapping the white. :)

wow it is pretty.. it does look great...I have always used black.. now in my younger days I used blue.. that's as wild as I got.. LOl.. but I do like how the white looks.. great article.

I've tried it before and white liner really does make your eyes pop. My problem is that with my contact lenses, I can't wear it too often. Great topic.
