Find the best rain jacket for you through this lens; a simple product catalogue for fashionable long raincoats for women; brand new!

Clearly, an umbrella is a useful tool in keeping us dry during a rainy day. But let's face, it has limitations especially if the wind is too strong or the rain is too hard. Good thing we have a clothing apparel that's meant to protect us from the cold weather and the rain while making us look chic and stylish -- a long raincoat for ladies!

With a long rain jacket, you will never be worried about walking in the rain again!

An Umbrella is NOT Enough to Protect You from the Cold and the Rain

Surely, you've experienced drizzles, snow, and perhaps blizzards and storms. And clearly, you know very well that you need to have enough protection if you want to brave the heavy rains and strong winds to get to work or take your children to school or to their recital. In other words, you need more than the strongest umbrella to tackle the challenges that the inclement weather brings.

The thing about umbrellas is that they are easily damaged especially if your neighborhood is expecting a storm. At times, they are rendered useless. And if the rain is too strong, water will be splashed all over you, thereby soaking you wet. The result? Sickness such as cold, fever, flu, and even worse.

So why go through these if you can prevent them from happening?

It only takes a raincoat to cover you up for protection. But then again, your rain jacket must be long and thick enough so you can indeed by protected.

Ladies, Are Ordinary Jackets TOO Bulky? Do they destroy your outfit?

Worry not because clothing designers know what you want and need. The usual rain jackets are bulky and they're too manly for your feminine frame. But with these long raincoats for women, not only do they comply with your fashion and style requirements. But they come with the latest trendy design.

Take a look at these raincoats.

As you can see, you can wear it with your knee-high boots. Or you can wear your jeans with it. No matter what kind of outfit you don, you're sure to look classy, sophisticated, and chic. Best of all, you're protected against the ill effects of the weather.

Protection Meets Transformation

Anything that you put onto your outfit as an outer covering or layer (such as a jacket or in this case, a raincoat) is perfect in transforming your dull or ordinary clothes into something classy and sophisticated. So if you are not feeling confident enough to parade your old top, you can wear something fashionable to cover it up. The best day to that is, of course, a rainy and cold day. And what better covering to wear than a long raincoat.

Complete Your Outfit with a Sturdy Umbrella

For complete protection, you need a sturdy umbrella that can withstand the wind and the rain. I would suggest that you go traditional by

In my experience with the folded umbrellas, when a strong wind blows over to one direction and the umbrella is not in sync, the umbrella turns upside down. This is such an embarrassing sight, especially if I'm wearing something classy and chic. Also, when my hands are tied with heavy objects, this incident can be such a hassle.

So to prevent yourself from experiencing the same embarrassing situation, go for longer, heavy-duty umbrellas.preferring the longer type of umbrellas than the folded ones. The latter gets twisted and blown away by the wind easily, while the former not only can withstand strong wind, but they also last a long time. Plus, they are more fashionable to look at.

I checked my fall and winter wardrobe and I can't find my long London Fog Trench Coat. I think I left it at an out of town event last winter. Guess I need a new one.
