How I Use Red Bell Peppers
- cut up raw with other veggies and with dip
- chopped small and cooked in an omelet
- added to a plate of nachos for a snack
- added to a tray of loaded fries for VEGGIE
- made with other colours of bell peppers and mushrooms in a stir fry
- mixed with green peppers and added to ground chicken, pork or turkey for wraps

1 red bell pepper cut into strips • 1 green bell pepper cut into strips • 1 yellow bell pepper cut into strips shopping list • 1 small red onion cut into wedges • 1/4 cup chopped fresh flat leaf parsley • 1/4 teaspoon salt • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
