I live in the heart of England's Lake District, home of William Wordsworth and the Romantic poets, a National Park and an area of great natural beauty. Beatrix Potter lived at Sawrey, near Hawkshead in England's Lake District when she wrote the much loved Peter Rabbit books. There are stil lpeople alive in the Lake District today who's family know Beatrix Potter.
