What Are The Benefits of Noni Juice?

by NateB11

It is claimed Noni juice fights cancer and heart disease, gives you energy and helps you lose weight, in addition to being good for your overall health. Find out more.

Noni fruit comes from the Morinda Citrifolia tree which grows in Southeast Asia, the South Pacific and the Caribbean; the juice of the fruit has healing properties and has been found to benefit people's overall health, so the rather foul tasting drink has been used as a medicine--in those regions where the fruit of it is found--for thousands of years.

Noni Juice has been known to increase energy, aid weight loss, lower cholesterol and, some say, even fight cancer. Let's look at the many benefits of Noni Juice.

Noni Juice For Weight Loss

It is said that all you have to do is drink this juice fairly regularly and you will begin to shed the pounds and fat will melt away. Of course, because it smells and tastes bad, you only want to drink it in small quantities, like a tablespoon at a time, and probably mix it in with other fruit juice that's more palatable.

The fruit produces nitric oxide in the body which pulls energy from various sources for the muscles to use: Including from fat cells. In addition, it reduces triglycerides that are stored in fat cells, which aids in weight loss.

Other Benefits

Noni Juice has a whole host of benefits for your body. These include:

  • Anti-inflammatory. Studies have shown that the juice can help reduce the swelling and ease the pain of arthritis in mice.
  • Fights cancer. It's also been shown that Noni Juice strengthens the immune system and might to some degree kill cancer cells
  • Noni juice is an antioxidant.
  • Fights diabetes. It's been shown that Noni Juice reduces the effects of diabetes, including hastening the healing process by lowering blood sugar levels in the body.
  • Kills bacteria. Research has shown that Noni Juice helped kill E. Coli in cows.
  • Makes hair, skin and bones healthy. Noni Juice helps the body to use protein and other nutrients that keep you healthy.
  • Pain reliever. Noni fruit also works with endorphins in the body to relieve pain.

How To Make And Use Noni Juice

To make Noni Juice you have to put the fruit in a sealed container until it starts to turn brown and starts dripping juice; it starts to do this after a day, but you'll have to let it sit for a few weeks to drip significant juice. You then drain the juice out. You can drink about a tablespoon every other day, then progress to a tablespoon a week after a month; after 6 months you can drop down to a tablespoon per month. It can be taken before and after meals.

Noni Juice has been used by Island people for thousands of years for its health benefits and today scientists are starting to discover its healing potential. It fights bacteria, fights cancers, aids in weight loss, lowers cholesterol, fights diabetes and lowers blood sugar and helps in healing wounds. This is Polynesia, Southeast Asia and the Caribbean's best kept secret that we now have to keep the body healthy and heal us from damage.

Yeah, it mellows the taste to put it in fruit juice or something along those lines.
