Lentils - The Healthy Food

Hello Tim! I'm so glad that you will try my recipes. Now you have no excuse to add them into your diet, and substitute some of that meat for lentils instead. I guess there will be more healthy legume recipes in the future, so keep your eyes open. Hugs to you my friend!

Rain Gutters - There Are Two Types, Roof Installed And Gutterless Rain Catchers

Thanks Sue, I didn't know there were so many options before researching the topic :) interresting ways of avoiding the clogged gutters... why aren't everyone using those metal guards? you just spray a hose on it and the leaves blow off. No ladder needed hehe...

Lentils - The Healthy Food

These recipes look so delicious. I have been looking for something like this for my husband. He doesn't like taking his cholesterol medication. Maybe this will be the remedy. Do you have more? Any ideas for breakfast since he has to cut back on eggs? Keep up the wonderful writing and thank you

Native Plants In and Out of Texas

sheilamarie, it is rather exciting to learn new plants. I've met the Chinaberry tree, (poisonous) the Osage orange tree, (good for wood and rather interesting) , and the sweet gum tree, to name a few. I take walks and say hello to them.

Native Plants In and Out of Texas

I know I really was shocked that nettles didn't grow down here. Who'd a thunk it. Glad to hear from someone who appreciates "weeds" instead of trying to wipe everything out.

Clever Tricks of Creative Writing: Line Length

Dustytoes - Great start! Progress noted! :D I'm glad to have been of assistance.

Laurence - Sorry, I should have known. I read that before my first cup of tea, then responded. *hangs head in shame* Your examples are much better than mine! Delayed proper response: LOL!

Clever Tricks of Creative Writing: Line Length

My tongue was firmly in my cheek, Lovely Lady. It was used as an example in my training as a staff trainer. My instructor showed a slide that went: Adult humans that can be classed as being of the male gender, and having the characteristic of having accumulated an extremely large number of years compared to the average span of life in this particular sub group, are exceedingly prone to ........
You get the idea. He then went on to say that Shakespeare (otherwise known as quivering sharp stick) simply said "old men forget".

Clever Tricks of Creative Writing: Line Length

It's Shakespeare, my dear. It comes from the great Agincourt speech in Henry V:

'Old men forget: yet all shall be forgot,
But he'll remember with advantages
What feats he did that day...'
Act 4, Scene 3.

Yes, that is another great short line. Thanks for recalling it!

CCleaner: A Safe and Free Way to Speed Up Your PC

Have you run the Norton 360 tune-up feature? What i'm aiming at here is completely clearing your cache for Wizzley. Beyond that, I think we'd be in the realm of drivers or software needing to be up-dated.
