I love journals too, I have quite a collection of journals. I have a weakness for fine journals made of hand crafted paper, fine materials, fabrics, beads you name it the more unique and fancy the more I like them. I have a beautiful cloth journal that's beaded, I love that journal. Great article on journals. I like the ones you've included here today.

JeanBakula, Yes indeed, you should give endangered species a go, they have amazing milk and white chocolate as well.

Holistic_Health, Your welcome I'll keep a watch for you and say hi :)

Great to hear from you walking dog balloons

I always feel happy when I see people reading. It's a great joy in my life, and because of video games and texting, many young people seem to be getting more illiterate. I can recall my son coming home from HS a few years ago (it doesn't seem that long) and telling me the class was discussing Women's Suffrage. Some of the girls were actually saying, "I don't think women should have to suffer." As they say, OMG. He went on to be an elementary school teacher.

Really interesting info about one of my fave things, chocolate. Although I am past the problems of menstrual periods, I still make sure I get calcium and exercise. I also like to buy chocolate that gives some money to a cause, and the dark ones DO get too bitter for me. Happy chocolate eating though (at the right times, of course :).

Definitely going to check this one out. Thanks for reviewing it.

Thanks Chaz for opening my eyes to this URL shortening tool, now all I need do is learn how and when to use all Bitly URL tool functionally.
Be well, Mike

Good post on some fun things toddlers could do during the summer months. Toys involving water does seem to be a popular choice.

sheilamarie, sure glad to be of good use :)

Thanks Brenda, Great to have you here. That silly cat is a delight, my daughter and I found her near death one day while out for a cross country bike ride. I picked her up, tiny thing, put her in the tank top and road all the way back home with her in my top. She didn't move a muscle, in fact I was so hot and sweaty, I was concerned she may have died. When we finally got home i pulled her out and she was so thankful to be rescued. We fed and WATERED her, pampered and cared for her since. She's a very special cat. My eldest daughter asked the youngest to name her jellybean. She thought with such a cute name people would be nice to her, being a black cat and all. We also consider her our angel. It was a particularly bad day and my daughter and I felt we'd ride off our frustrations and hope for an angel, we got our angel or rather maybe just the distraction we needed.

I've finally got around to doing this, whew where does the time go. This article or shall I say tutorial is smashing, easy to follow, not at all to long, and covers everything leaving nothing to head shaking. It read so easily and quickly I can't imagine anyone thinking it is to much information. I appreciate the add, I'm humbled to be apart of this great collection of twitter feed magic. Looking forward to using the tools available to us to make things soar. I will be taking advantage of this for all my blogs and such. I'm excited :)

I love it that I can get my really old stuff tweeted by not checking box in the 'feed is sorted' box.

sheilamarie - Having grown up on a farm, I know also that the taste of the milk is definitely affected by their diet. Thanks for the insight!

Very good article about the differences between cow's milk and goat's milk. Sometimes the taste is what puts people off goat's milk, though as someone who has milked both animals, I can tell you that what they eat and how they are housed makes a big difference to how the milk tastes.

Beautiful photos, Katie. I love Japanese maples and black cats. I had a koi pond at my house in L.A.
