If you are looking for healthy try spinach, tomatoes, and peppers and serve with a hot chicken soup or whatever you desire.
To complete the meal serve with your favorite tossed salad, cold or hot soup or fresh fruit.
Salad greens of your choice, tomatoes, mushrooms, sunflower seeds, fresh grated Parmesan cheese and dress with a herb vinaigrette.
Some fruits that are delicious with quiche are honeydew, watermelon, cantaloupe or berries.
