You'll need small baking pumpkin that you just buy from the grocery store. If your serving these at a dinner party be sure to get one for each of your guests.
- Wash the pumpkins, then cut the top off and lay it to the side for later
- With a large spoon scoop out all the pulp from the pumpkin
- It's important to oil your pumpkin throughout the inside then sprinkle salt & pepper over them
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 and then bake for 30 to 45 minutes
Depending on the size of your pumpkin you might have to adjust the time and don't forget to bake the lids of the pumpkins too. Then the Bowl, lid and your yummy soup can all be eaten with no waste.
Note: Your lids will cook quicker than the bowls so you'll need to watch them and be prepared to take them out sooner than the bowls.
