Vintage clutches and purses have to be the most versatile of accessories. Not only do they come in a range of styles which are appropriate for the most glamorous of occasions, or low key events, they can also be worn in a number of different ways.
A vintage purse can be worn under the arm, used with a small, discreet handle or chain, or held casually in one's hand. Nevertheless, whichever way you decide to wear your much loved vintage accessory, it will always lend that touch to class to the occasion.

Is it known what the inside material is?

I definitely have my favourites, some lucky person may get one of these bags for Valentine's. Won't be me I'm afraid, but then I wouldn't mind getting one for Easter. :)

They are lovely arn't they. I agree that a really nice clutch can be worn with jeans or a casual outfit to jazz it up a bit. And they also look great with more formal dress too. I think every woman should own at least one clutch bag! :)

Thank you! I just *knew* it would be too difficult for a lover of bags to choose just one! :)
Hi Jean,
That beaded bag is really eye catching isn't it? I have large bags too, but the problem I find is that I end up filling them with stuff that I don't even need to carry around me. The kitchen sink sometimes! Whereas, if I use a smaller bag I only take what I actually need, which is better all round, especially if it's causing pain and joint problems.
Thanks for stopping by both of you. :)

I think they're a great way to dress up an outfit too, especially like you say if the outfit is plain but classical. Actually, I was thinking when I was writing this page that I'd better there will be lots of women who'd prefer some of these lovely bags to chocolates or flowers on Valentine's Day. :)
