There is a message on new Amazon modules that the server is currently unavailable, recently Amazon updated. Are the modules updated, or is this an Amazon problem with closing warehouses? It is difficult to keep up with places that are closing.

So it is not just me who has received this message. This has happened before. I don't think that Amazon are shutting warehouses, as the crisis is causing them to be very busy. This looks like a computer problem, so it is going need Wizzley to resolve it. frankbeswick

I contacted an email address given in 2018 by Chefkeem, but the message was rejected as undeliverable. So I have asked Chefkeem again. frankbeswick

It only happens after I select products for the module. I hope it can be resolved. BlackSpanielGallery

I have tried flushing the command out of my system and turning off the firewall, but the problem persists, so I think that the fault lies with the server, but nothing is being done about it.I have tried contacting wizzley, but received no response.Something is going wrong somewhere. I have made money from Amazon sales, but not much. frankbeswick

The Amazon server is still unavailable. We need to know what is happening. Could someone at Wizzley please tell us? frankbeswick

I got the source server unavailable response when I attempted to add an ebay module. This is looking like a broader problem at Wizzley's end. frankbeswick

I guess the Amazon module is still not working. I just came to check my links were OK and when I tried to find a new product to update one I got the message "Currently not working. We'll have that issue very soon!" |

It is great to hear from you again, Jennifer. We have not heard from you for a while, too long. Please don't leave it so long in future! Thanks for keeping me updated. I am aware that the USA has had major problems with this virus and that everything has been disrupted, including Wizzley..During this time I have been trying to write articles to maintain readers' spirits. frankbeswick

We're on this! Actually, we just need an approval from Amazon to get the module working again. We hope we'll soon get it :-) Best, Simon |

There are people on Wizzley that I have come to really like, and so I wanted to be there for them. On the Amazon issue. Amazon are not fully functioning during the crisis. I realized this yesterday when I emailed a query and was told that email support was currently unavailable during the pandemic. frankbeswick

I just checked the module again, and it is still down. I am working around the issue with Zazzle modules, linking to Amazon products via Viglinks, but only using text links, and linking back to older, related articles where my links work. I make very little from Amazon, so it is not a major issue, conversing with others is still important. I hope this helps. My absence has been more with grading courses than the Amazon issue. And I do dfind time to check what others have written. BlackSpanielGallery

Thanks for your advice. I too have been using Zazzle. The trouble is that my only earnings from Wizzley were from Amazon. frankbeswick

I have now put up two stories with no Amazon module because of the problem, the second just a few minutes ago, so the problem is persisting. Steve Rogerson
