Great show, AJ! Thank you! Now we all need to make a wizzley, get up and walk around, clean the house, and come back and make another wizzley! :) Seriously, I am making a concentrated effort not to sit so many hours a day! Our occupation is more dangerous than we think! Thank you for making us more aware of the hazards of sitting! Life is what happens while you are making other plans.

Ouch, a slipped disk, that is horrible. I hope it get's better soon and thank you for tuning in - you must have been really, really bored - ha ha! Thanks Joan - let's find something more "cheery" to chat about next time

Well anything to take my mind of the pain - although it's improving now. You really brightened that programme up - you should consider your own show - I may even contribute to it - but then again......there's a risk factor to consider! ;) |
