That's both hillarious and amazing. I also sold an mp3 (nice) of Poison (band)...  4 days into the month and already made 3 sales- score!

I can't get over the 25.00 soap! That must be some great soap lol

Whohoo, just logged into Amazon. Two sales so far, Kindergarden cop DVD and a pair of men's tie bars! Neither of which are in any way related to my pages. I'm not complaining, however. Laughing

So far this month:

5 products from Amazon.com, 7 products from Amazon.co.uk, 3 from Amazon.de, 1 from Amazon.fr, 0 from Amazon.ca

Have not checked out which of my sites they emanated from - too busy upgrading affilate products (not Amazon) on my artwok-craftwork site. Bizzy, bizzy, bizzy.

HAPPY Christmas!!!!!

Humagia, are you using viglink for all Amazon products; I don't understand, unless we use Viglink how we can get sales from the other Amazon's?

No I am not using Viglink for any Amazon sites.

I live in the UK - for most writing sites I need Amazon.com to earn from Amazon, but I can also sign up (which I have) for Amazon UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy as I am in the UK. I have just signed up for Amazon Canada (as it is the only other English based Amazon site) in order to include all English Amazon's on my Artwork Craftwork site (Canada products not live yet).

I extract UK, German and French reviews for products and add them to any Amazon product reviews I write on my site (if the product is also available on those Azon's). This has produced the sales from Germany and France.

One writing site I use uses a plugin that uses visitor-geolocation to show related products for a particular Azon site.

I am sure you can sign up for Azon's other than the US one. All you then need to do is consider how best to implement them into your earning strategy.

You will find a lot less competition for the DE and FR stores. With UK, DE and FR in total, the market for products is around 1/2 that for US (with IT and ES coming online the total marketplace is almost that of the US).

Thanks, Humagia. I'm also in the Uk and hadn't really thought about the Azons.

Hollie, BTW I link the extracted reviews to the related review section on each individual (UK, DE & FR) Azon. That way if further reviews are sought, it gets you linked to any sales produced if a visitor then goes ahead and buys.

Have a look at http://www.artwork-craftwork.com/reviews/photography-reviews/pentax-k20d-dslr-review/ for an example

Jerrico, does it show up the day you sell it? I'm finding it doesn't show up until the next day. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place.

Amazon updates every 24 hours Brenda and it's not live so it would be the day after the sale

Lobo's right, but I was just looking at month to date sales- I don't check everyday- that's a bit demotivating on days when nothing happens- but I wait a week usually and check so I get the consolidated 10.00 in one place haha

Wow!  Was the soap gold-plated or something?

Eight sales for me so far this month on Amazon (and another four in the 'not shipped' thingie).  Just because we appear to be having a little census in this thread!

You know what's cool about these threads? They can later be revisited so you can watch your growth- you'll say things like "remember when I couldn't get an amazon sale to save my life then 10 came in all at once?" or "wow I almost gave up, no money coming in- that takes strength to persevere! but look at me now!" when enough are wracked up, you can use them to PROVE to newbies that we all go through this, we all feel demotivated at times, and I am no different- see (links to posts consolidated :)- them seeing their own posts reflected years ago by you may just make them rethink quitting or feeling demotivated :) maybe even restructure their goals to building a business not just an article directory within an infrastructure :)

:)

Cool
