How long does it take most people to read and then leave a comment on a Wizzley ? I have to admit that I have stopped leaving comments on another website that I still have pages on, but I continue to leave some comments here.

Sometimes a comment of just two sentences seems to take me more time than writing a paragraph on one of my own topics. Factor in the time spent reading the article before you leave a comment and it can 'eat up' time. Of course often it is an enjoyable thing to do and forms part of  'stop doing things and take a coffee break time',  which then turns an unproductive time of day into something useful..

I suppose this has come from me thinking about how many hours there are in a day and do I spend them wisely.

Arg!!! Speaking of leaving time wasted, I just wrote a nice paragraph and then deleted it by mistake.Frown

I need more coffee.

Let's see, what I tried to say was that I don't read articles until I've finished my "work" day and the timer is shut off. I read articles that I feel I can learn something from, either because of the subject matter, or because I think the person is a good writer and I'm hoping some of it will rub off.Cool

I leave comments when I think it's a good article. It doesn't take much time at all to write a couple of sentences. Sometimes, I don't really have all that much to say other than I liked the article and appreciate that the author wrote it, but I just like to show some support for the effort.

I do try to leave comments, but I'm guilty of not leaving as many as I could.  I often read things, then discuss it verbally with people here.   All of which is neither use nor ornament to the author.  >.<   But at least I'm talking about it!

Time management is my big downfall. I've been teaching myself to build websites and not writing much here lately.  I have been reading many of the wonderful articles on here though. There are so many interesting topics. I would say if you don't comment, at least give the person a tweet and/or google +.

Thank you ladies for your replies. I guess I am just at a point where I am trying to work out what it is I should be spending my time on. Sometimes, it feels like life is a clock ticking away the hours and seconds and knowing that cannot get a single one of them back. I am trying to work out some kind of balance between the things that need to be done against the things I actually do Smile

I do pin and tweet some of the things that I read here. I am not sure why even a single comment seems to take me longer than it should. Maybe it is about knowing that if I word it wrongly, I may miss the chance to put it right. Undecided
