I said it was okay with me if you didn't comment on my articles. Now I'm lonely. None of my friends are talking to me. Therefore there's a change of plans.

I do want you to comment on my articles.

I know what you mean Brenda. 

I don't care if I don't get a lot of comments either. But if I never got ANY comments, I would be lonely too. For me,  I think it comes from being a poet. If you write an article about plumbing, you are writing for the public and don't expect comments. But if you are doing creative writing, you are essentially writing for yourself and fellow writers. and as such, you want to receive comments from fellow writers. 

I agree with all of you, but I also wanted to add that comments help you to write a better article, poem, or story the next time you write.
