I was wondering if new categories could be added to the History Section. I would like to use something other than "World History" when I write about the Middle East. There are plenty of "eras" and only some geographical categories. I suggest adding the following: Middle East Asia The Americas (rather than just the US) Europe (according to the UN this includes Russia and the Ukraine, for example) Australia and Oceania Africa
Is that ok? |

I second this recommendation! I don't write articles in these categories, but I think these categories would be good additions...agreed that "World History" is an almost painfully broad category, and it makes the category scheme look a bit West-centric. |
