Embedding Amazon.co.uk?

How do I embed content from Amazon.co.uk? Unfortunately the items I need are on the UK site only, and can't be embedded in the standard Amazon module which throws an error. When I try just linking them from the text module, the text module says the URLs aren't valid. Amazon has confirmed they are. These are technical documents, so the content is required for the article.

You can use Amazon UK only inside text modules. The Amazon module is for US only.

I didn't know that we could display Amazon products for other countries.

Does this means I can include Amazon India products inside the text modules?

But how do I do that? Actually I tried using the HTML, but it is not working.

Thanks

You can include any link you want inside the text module. There's a limit on affiliate links, but apart from that, Amazon India should be okay.

Great to know I can use my UK Amazon links.

Been using my UK Amazon links in some of my articles since I joined. Reminds me I need to go back and add a few more now. At least it means SOME of my links are GBP not USD...

And, by the way, the error on 'invalid links' is still showing up in the text hyperlinks to amazon.co.uk site. The link works fine, takes me to the right page. Just that I keep getting the error message on the link so it's almost impossible to edit the modules where these links appear.

To add further. In text links to either amazon.com or Amazon.co.uk REFUSE TO WORK.

'This link appears to be invalid:

<a href="http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0055LHDQ8/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1634&creative=6738&creativeASIN=B0055LHDQ8&linkCode=as2&tag=wizzleycom-21&linkId=3GM46JDIZLNDPLRN">Writing Online: Write Your Dreams to Reality</a><img src="http://ir-uk.amazon-adsystem.com/e/ir?t=wizzleycom-21&l=as2&o=2&a=B0055LHDQ8" width="1" height="1" border="0" alt="" style="border:none !important; margin:0px !important;" />'

No. It's not invalid. It leads to the page I want it to lead to - my AMAZON.CO.UK Associates account.

Also tried it with the .com version of the same link to the same book and the same error appears.

Even trying to add a link to fiverr.com (https://www.fiverr.com/ standard homepage, not logged in, no affiliation links or links to gigs showing) doesn't work. There's a murphy on the site for text links, guys...

Simon or Achim or someone with more patience than me, please can you investigate? This is annoying me as I'm going to have to strip out all the text links as I edit things otherwise. Unless Wizzley has changed its rules and text links are no longer allowed?

Simon, this is getting really annoying.

A text link to an item, whether on Amazon.com or Amazon.co.uk will not work on my latest article.

I've taken a screenshot and can't even get that to upload.

What's going on?
