What are the requirements to have links that are not ignored by search engines? They have the ones with rel=nofollow tags on them.

Hi Neo, welcome to Wizzley.

After you have submitted 5 quality articles and fill out your profile we will remove the "nofollow" attribute from your links..

Hi!

As far as the profile, do I have to use my real name and picture on it? I would like to have some articles that do not have my name on them since if I post them, with my name, then they appear as self serving. Now they are self serving but no need to advertise that.

Also I was on a forum that closed down. They made up this rule, it was not in writing and they did it after I had been on the forum for 2 years. The rule was that you could not put up any webpages that were yours. If it was not yours, then it was OK.

We've written about our stance on the Author Profile in this thread.

There's no hard and fast rule on sites you can link to, as long as they are not going to "bad neighborhoods" (e.g. adult, illegal, spammy, or otherwise shady).
