Health Benefits of Drinking Water -- by Sam

I, too, have some favorites on this site. One of them is Sam's Health Benefits of Drinking Water. Good to know stuff, written by a healthcare professional, as she says (and looking at this article I believe her :-)

Thanks a lot Mira, and yes, real life nurse here with additional training in nutrition and a few more bits and bobs ;-) SY

I totally enjoyed Sam's article as well.  And I learned something too!  I love that.

Thanks Sam.

I had read it a month or so ago and was blown away, then saw it again in the feed but didn't realize it was the same article, because I was blown away fresh again. This has some great information and is well set up.
