I was very happy to find this article:

http://wizzley.com/what-f-lux-is-and-why-you-should-be-using-it/

After I downloaded the programme and saw within a few short minutes that my eyes felt less strained, I shared the link on my facebook. In the meantime, friends have shared it on.

Thanks so much for this article. Short. To the point. Solves a problem that has been plaguing me for what seems like forever.

I second this.  Paul introduced me to the program and I've been using it ever since.  It really does help.

Someone else mentioned that last week. What a difference it makes. I'm using my TV monitor, and my eyes had really been suffering from the brightness.

I found it made it impossible to stay up rediculousely late working on wizzles, further it made it really hard to not go to bed, feel tired at those times when the  world is usually asleep... yes I think this program sucks because it hinders my ability to irresponsibly stay up all night working and sleeping all day- *smiles* -

hehe...

You ever notice how tired you get at those normal bedtime hours with that thing armed? It can put you into a nice sleep (starting hours before bed time) because it blocks those blue rays beaming from your screen that keep you awake :) it's like digital melatonin only it's the lack of something that triggers real melatonin (blue rays block melatonin production which is what makes you tired at night). If you wish to use it to help you get to bed at a normal hour make sure you don't have other devices (tv's computers without it loaded too, laptops, iPads etc...) on that can blow your eyes with blue rays... but between watching television and working you may stay awake... (I haven't read the article yet so if this is redundant my appologies)...

I found it too, it's fantastic. I too spend WAY many countless hours working at my laptop, I workaholic myself to blindness, work till I can't see any more... These eye saving glasses are fantastic.

I'm going to download it now, my vision is fast deteriorating.

I need to check this out, too. Thanks, Sheri.

Thank you Sheri! And I'm glad that f.lux is providing benefits to you all - aside from maybe limiting Jerrico's Wizzling time Wink...
