Good morning, frankly I'm not even sure how I got here today. One thing led to another, click, click, click and there it was, the  wizzley site. It's possible I already know some of you as I've written for several online sites. So, if you recognize the name, give me a shout out!

This looks like a very interesting site and I look forward to testing the water's and see how it goes. It's a new month, a new day and I look forward to getting to know everyone. I've already been looking through the author pages, viewed the tutorial and checked out your FAQ's section.

During my day job, I cover breaking news, politics and health. So I would like to try something different here, I'm just not sure what just yet.

Cheers,

Wendy

I'm not quite sure how I got to this site either lol. I'm new too! this is my second day on the site and I only have two articles. This is my fist time trying anything like this, so I'm hoping it goes well too Laughing

Welcome to Wizzley!  I think you'll like it here.  It's a friendly community and the owners and admins respond quickly to questions.

Hi Wendy,

Welcome to Wizzley. I remember how I landed on Wizzley - when Squidoo was dying, I was desperately looking for an alternative writing platform where I could share my passion of penning down my thoughts and experiences.

That's funny Carley, the best of luck to you here. It's always fun to try new experiences.

While I was never on squidoo's I do recall the troubles it faced. I'm glad you found this site WriterArtist. I see you have links at the bottom of your posts. How would one apply those and what type of content can be placed there? Can you place keywords there referring to article topics you cover?

Hi Wendy, nice to meet you and welcome to Wizzley.

To answer your question about the links, in the settings area you can add a Forum Signature with a link or two.  I'm not sure exactly what the rules are for adding links, but that is how you do it.

Welcome to Wizzley.  I have been on Squidoo, Zujava, and Hubpages, and this site is friendly.  It seems to generate more traffic for me than any of the others.  Just remember it takes time, but not that much time if you can write enough.
