Title in the comment module

I think it makes a whole lotta sense to fill in a unique title for the comment module. Two of the SEO helper software I've used---SEO Pressor and ScribeSEO---always point out the importance of a keyword at the end of a post.

It will also provide another opportunity to place a keyword in an <h1> tag. Groovy.

What do you think?

I am no expert...but I have read more than once that having your keyword or phrase at the end of the article helps.

It would be a nice feature to include.

hmm, I am not sure if this makes sense, but why not just modifying the Comment hedline, e.g. Your Comments for my article <title>?

Hans, do you mean to "code" it to say that and it would pull in the title of the article?

As far as I can see...the authors do not, at the present time, have access to change it themselves. It would be nice to have that ability, though.

Nooooooo...you misunderstood! It's all set up already.

All I'm saying, is write your own title into the comment module.

Don't leave the default title.

Edit the comments module, just like on Squidoo.

Good idea, if you can integrate the keyword in a smooth way Cool

Not to be nitpicky, just clarifying that it is wrapped in <h2> tags. It wouldn't be good practice to have more than one <h1> tag per page.

Agree whole heartedly that it is good to have a keyword in the Guestbook module title and I will do a keyword tutorial article about the best places for keywords.

However, something else to consider if you want to help the author of the article and that is, as a visitor making comments in the Guestbook, it can help for YOU to use keywords in the comments you leave.

I always remember Dan (Cleanerlife) telling me that a comment I left on one of his Squidoo lenses, pulled in traffic for a keyword that he had not thought to use in his content Wink

AJ, I'm glad to hear that. I had wondered if the comments helped with the keywords!
