If you’re experiencing a dramatic change in your life, such as the end of a  long-term relationship or the beginning of a new romance, finding the courage to say "I love you" to someone new can be scary. You may find out that the other person as just waiting for you to make the first move! It could be the beginning of something new and amazing!

Love is friendship that has caught fire. It is quiet understanding, mutual confidence, sharing and forgiving. It is loyalty through good and bad times. It settles for less than perfection and makes allowances for human weaknesses.

True love can be expressed without words.
True love can be expressed without words.

The truth is that there is no right or wrong way to show love as long as you are sincere. If your loving acts and gestures are authentic, then they are just as valuable as saying “I love you!” And if you are 100% sincere when you say I love you, then your words could be just as powerful as your actions! The most important thing is the way you express love is safe, kind, generous and healthy.

Of course, if you want to have a bit of fun saying I love you to that someone special, you could always cash in a romantic love coupon!

What do you think is more important: saying the words “I love you” or demonstrating that you love someone through your words and actions?
