Penelope Garcia is a character from the CBS hit series, “Criminal Minds.” As what the name of the show implies, this series is about a team of investigators who solve one crime after the other. Penelope is a member of the team in focus, and she is a bespectacled whiz who feeds the team with timely and important information which she gets using her knowledge in computers.
From the moment I started watching “Criminal Minds,” the character that made a mark on me is Penelope. While the rest of the team have a unique personality that would probably make them your favorite, I like Penelope because of two reasons. First, because the team cannot function without the information she provides them. Yes, that’s how good she is at her job. Second, she’s the only one with a sense of style and fashion. Well, let’s say I forgive the rest of the team for their choice of clothing because after all, “Criminal Minds” is NOT about fashion. Wink!

To be able to put up a Penelope costume, you must know and understand her style, which is actually simple.
Penelope is, first and foremost, NEVER seen without her glasses. She’s a geek, after all. Also, though she was seen in other hair colors in the previous seasons, Penelope is blonde. And sometimes she puts some blue streaks to make it colorful.
As for her clothes, everything is bright-colored. If she wears a dress, you find her either in blue, pink, yellow, or in any color that catches your attention. Sometimes, she wears a baby wool cardigan, but she always makes sure that the color blends well with the rest of her outfit.
And for her accessories, all I can say is that they are fabulous!
Penelope is such a fashionista! From big necklaces to bangles, there is no such thing as over-accessorizing with this stylish lady.
