Product description: Frozen pizza from the Bellatoria brand advertising an ultra thin crust and 5 cheeses. I purchased this product earlier this week because they were on sale at one of our local grocery stores and I ended up making this pizza (using our pizza oven) last night as part of our family dinner.
Review of Bellatoria Ultra Thin Crust Ultimate 5-Cheese Pizza

I purchased this pizza the other day when I found it on sale. Read to find out what I thought of it.
Review
Our daughters wanted to carve pumpkins for Halloween this year so I ended up taking off from work yesterday afternoon so we could do just that. Since I knew it was going to be a project that would take some time, I decided to make last night a frozen pizza night and, as part of that, cooked a Bellatoria Ultra Thin Crust Ultimate 5-cheese Pizza.
With the exception of breakfast pizzas, this is a brand I don't buy very often, primarily because of the price. However, the pizza happened to be on sale a few days ago and, because of that, I took advantage of the opportunity and stocked up. Unfortunately, after trying this particular pizza, I have to confess, I wasn't overly impressed with it.
I'll start out by saying I did like the cheese on this pizza. There was quite a bit of it (the box advertises a half pound of cheese) and there was a good mix. And, being from Wisconsin, I am always the first one to argue you can't have too much cheese on a pizza.
However, I found i was not a fan of the ultra thin crust. Granted, I'm not a fan of thin crust in general. But, in this case, the paper-thin crust really did not work. This is because, as I mentioned, there was a lot of cheese on this pizza. The thin crust, at least on ours, couldn't handle that and started falling apart even while this was still cooking on our pizza oven. It was pretty messy as a result.
I also had a bit of a mixed opinion about the seasonings on the pizza. I thought they were OK. But, my daughters both thought the pizza seemed spicy and, after some reflection, I could see how they could come to that conclusion. As a result, while, at least as far as the seasonings were concerned, I wouldn't be opposed to purchasing this pizza for my wife and me, I would definitely think twice if I knew the girls were going to be eating it too since they obviously didn't like the seasoning blend.

Final Opinion
I didn't hate this pizza, mostly because of all the cheese. However, both because of the mess we had with that ultra thin crust and the fact my daughters both thought the pizza was too spicy, I don't see myself purchasing this product again in the near future, especially if it isn't on sale.

Thin crust works best with the cheaper brands that don't have as many toppings. It just doesn't work when the pizza has a ton of toppings on it.
I've never heard of that brand before. I think thin crust pizza is always messier because of the ratio between the crust and sauce. We always prefer thick crust anyway!
