Here I go again. Dreaming about the kitchen I wished I had. After 30 years using mine I want a new look; a new domain to work and play in. The couple in this house has pretty much come to the conclusion about staying here for retirement. Steampunk decor will work fine in this area of the house.

You have noticed when guests are over that many times the center of the party is in the kitchen. These ideas for a new kitchen may be higher priced than you like to imagine, but the kitchen is the high enjoyment room, whether you are fixing a weekday meal, or making drinks for guests or popcorn for movie night; a steampunk dream kitchen would be wonderful.

Revisiting your wizzley caused me to remember something that I find so compelling about the steampunk kitchen.
Me too, I deem as particularly important the sink area. I hadn't thought about an apron or farmer's sink before. In particular, I like the copper look.
Would you happen to know how easy it is to clean, and what would be the best materials most likely to leave it scratch-free and shining?
