Great advice. I, too, love the boots. I have still to find regular hiking/trekking boots that won't hurt my feet. I have to use sneakers instead. Any advice? As you can imagine, they're absolutely terrible in winter!

Brenda, I understand what you mean. It seems my kids fall in love with something like these Moshi Monsters, I go out expecting to pick it up only to find the shelves empty. When toys like these become a fad they are impossible to find. It is for this reason I've learned the magic of online shopping. Who needs the hassle of driving all over the city from store to store for days and even weeks on end? Nope not me.

Brenda, I know right? Start your own little candy party. Invite friends both new and old, invite a neighbor or two, candy parties are a blast. Making candy is always more fun with several people.

Ragtimelil, How funny I just cleaned my daughters shower drain last night with vinegar and baking soda. It works great and no chemical intoxication. :)K
