Awesome article! We love goat butter, goat cheese, goat milk, goat soap...well, you get the point! It has a naturally sweet taste and is much better for most of us than cow's milk. You've done a fine job of presenting the pros and cons of this topic!

It is so easy to become addicted to things, especially when we use those things to bring us solace. And most often, until you are ready to deal with the underlying causes of the addition, it will manifest. I think the hardest addition to fight, although they are all a tremendous uphill battle, is an addition to food. Most substances that you are addicted to you can avoid - food is not one of those substances. You did such a thorough job of covering this subject.

Sometimes the hardest questions are the simplest. I believe: "What business am I in?" belongs in this category. But finding the answers on hardest questions are among most satisfying activities of all.

I don't need gluten free recipe book but I am with you on 'there is more than one way to skin a cat'. I have had a pleasure to try some gluten free recipes already and I can say sometimes alternatives surpass the originals. So it is good to know some recipes even if you don't need them for health or any other reasons.

I like your tip about starting cooking early in the morning. I have a friend who owns prestigious restaurant and he said this step is most important of all. so he does it personally. Every morning he takes a basket and goes in shopping to find best food for his guests.
I like shrimps too although I haven't try them alla buzara yet. I bet they are memorable experience:)

Very interesting article! I read tarot out of a Metaphysical store where the owner and many of the patrons are Wiccan. I'm not, but since I'm a Cancer and like nature, I get along. I find that I am drawn to the moons and moonstone jewelry. I have Pentacle earrings and a few Celtic type necklaces, and have noticed odd looks from certain people when I wear them. I never heard of how the jewelry differs with the level though. Years ago my son was wearing a Pentacle like pendant, but he liked Black Sabbath. He wasn't told to take it off, but a few teachers and aides made negative comments about it, so you are what you wear.
