Lovely examples of Hawaiian quilts!

We have traveled to Phuket twice. Both times we stayed at Karon Beach, a much quieter and family friendly spot. I despise bars and loud music. The whole idea of a vacation for me is quiet and the ocean.

I don't know if these are the same thing, but in the early 1960's these came on the market for the first time in the U.S., but they were called Zorries. They became the latest craze and could be purchased in grocery stores. Everybody owned a pair of Zorries.

I picked-up the mountain man thing from the boy scouts. I guess it sounds a bit more outdoorsy, than a breakfast casserole. They both taste really good if you ask me.

I tried barefoot running at first. It's way different from wearing traditional running shoes. It's new and I really love it. The only draw back is that it is very prone to injuries. However, I also wear barefoot running shoes such as Vibram Five FIngers. Not only it mimics the feeling of barefoot running, but it also provides extra protection.

I love flip-flops but unfortunately it's only warm and dry enough to wear them for perhaps a couple of months here. They are brilliant items to take on holidays because they don't take up too much room so I always pack several pairs. Love those Toddler Havaianas, how cute :)

My son just bought a tent and plans to begin doing some Florida style camping. He also loves his Lodge Logic cast iron, so this page is exactly what he needs to read. I suspect that men who don't live on mountains could eat that breakfast too.. ;)

Another great article on ADHD. I had a cousin who I am certain had this but it is still not a recognized illness in Nigeria so his parents just disciplined him very strictly until he grew up and became more user friendly - Probably not nice for anyone of them.

I did not realize you could buy Melatonin so easily. In the UK, when a patient brings in a prescription for Melatonin, I have to order it in specially. However, a quick glance at Amazon UK and sure enough, it is there. Thanks for this. I can now inform my patients that it is obtainable even without prescription. The thing is, if they get it on prescription for their children, it is free so they may not take me up on it :-)

It is really nice to hear your experience with it and also with clonidine ( I would be surprised to get a child prescription for that!) . It makes for great reading!
