My pleasure JoHarrington. Glad that you found value in this article of mine.

So true TabithaY, even people like me that have little Latin left, hidden in a dusty corner of their brains can still enjoy it as the translation is good and accurate but not overly complicated. Thanks for your comment and glad to meet another Harrius Potter fan here ;-)

I joined a few days ago and love it. Thanks for the tip about the image link. I'll look into that.

Lovely article about yourself. Inspiring too.

Thank you for your comment! My very first one!

Your welcome Katie, the time for spring cleaning is just around the corner. With all the winter road grime covering our driveways, walks, and porches. Power washing just makes your whole place look clean and well cared for.
Thanks for stopping by Katie.

Angel, with your background you could probably land some technical writing jobs. Try querying trade magazines in your field with article ideas. Trade magazines often pay very well. You could also try searching for websites related to electrical engineering that look like they are thin on content. Contact them each individually (no bulk e-mail) and let them know what your qualifications are and that you are looking for writing work in that field. Your background makes you qualified to write articles that most writers can't, so you can charge higher rates than the typical content writer. Good luck.

This information is very helpful for me. I have signed up for Textbroker but have not done much with it. I am just getting started in the online writing thing so I am sure I have a lot to learn. Going from electrical engineering to online writing is a major pay cut! LOL..

This is not only useful, but very reassuring. Thank you.

Really cool wizz, I have got to read this again and again and again. I've not joined yet but will after I read this more carefully. Thanks, :)

Great intro page happy to meet you, welcome to the neighborhood, looking forward to it. Katie

Fun zebra designs! Very cool.

These heart eggs are adorable! So much fun to share with your loved ones!

My sister and brother-in-law gave this to me several years ago: I'm a Harry Potter fan, and my brother-in-law is a Roman history buff. I haven't studied Latin in almost 30 years, but I was amazed by how much I could still understand! It's a fun way to shake off a little of the linguistic rust.

Great advice in an enjoyable article. Thanks!
