Thank you for your nice comment. I believe that whatever our particular focus is, will manifest on its own. As example: I have never really like roses (I know odd) nor have I really liked white flowers. But doing Macros Photography on both the rose and white flowers, I have a new appreciation for both, which I believe would have never happened if I were not so in love with macros photography. I suppose in my case, I feel about macros photography like others would about taking photos of their children which would be portrait photography.

We had it this weekend for my Daughters' 20th birthday (twins) - it's just a great 'feel good' recipe and it's their favorite! Thanks for the welcome- nice to be hear and see so many familiar faces!

I love making up strong passwords. It's a challenge for me. I do have to admit that I commit some of the mistakes you mentioned in you page though. I'll have to work on that, as difficult as it is.

I do like the list of Google questions, Michey, and will print them out and read them often.

My eldest daughter spouted some wonderful words of wisdom (aged 14), when I realised I was falling in love with a man 10 years younger than me and I was worried about the age gap - she said "Mum, your age is only a date on a piece of paper" - I just wish everyone else (particularly employers) had the same outlook.

I love the examples and tips you've shared with us here. It's true, we don't have to travel miles to find the perfect photographic subject, sometimes it's right outside the door!

Your macro photography is beautiful and shows that for many of us it makes sense to choose a particular focus (no pun intended!) for our photography and to work on improving our skills in that one area.
