Quietness!

There are some splendid photos on Google Images of Show Jumping. It is a single-rider and horse event. Very elegant . Look on YouTube or Google Images. I love it. The horses are beautifully trained.

Drinks were varied . But there were English wines and sparkling wines, real- ales, Ciders, spirits, and I did buy some Cornish liqueur which was a cream. vodka liqueur. There were two mighty fine Cheshire cheese stalls. Cheshire cheese is mine and Frank's favourite. ( Frank's birthday was two days ago. ) I bought a Cheshire Shamrock cheese, which is Cheshire cheese flavoured with Irish whiskey and ginger, A mature Cheshire and a Cheshire cheese flavoured with red wine and caramelised onions.

Thank you for being the bearer of good news: Frank's computer, albeit broken, can be fixed and the Cheshire Show is going strong.

Everything sounds like such a fine, fun way to savor the summer weather (albeit here warm days -- ;-D -- and surprisingly cool -- ;-( -- nights).

Now what would be show jumping and what would have been in the way of show drinks and foods?
