I. Read this. I have to admit I'm tempted to try one out.

Not for me, sorry. I can't kneel thanks to chronic restricted movement in my knees. I'll stick to sitting in a rocker and may well graduate to sleeping in a Laz-E-Boy as I get older, given that I already find lying down a chore.

The yoga bit I'm interested in, for sure.

I have been wanting one of those.  It's my stomach that begins to feel poorly from all the sitting, and that type of chair looks just right.

Even with my bad knees, this kind of chair feels really good. Good article.
