Review
Spring is here and, because of that, my seasonal allergies are hitting me full-force. And, even with taking allergy pills on a regular basis, I do still get the occasional itchy throat from them.
As a result of this, while at the store a couple weeks ago, I ended up looking for some sort of throat lozenge to help me get through my work day. After looking at a few different options, I made the decision to go with the Burt's Bees Throat Drops.
There were two reasons for this decision. The first was the fact the Burt's Bees brand was actually less expensive than the other brands I was considering. The other reason was I liked the idea of a throat drop made from all natural ingredients. After using them the past couple of weeks, however, my overall opinion of this product is mixed.

I think the thing that really stood out for me the first time I tried these throat drops was the flavor. I usually try to avoid using lozenges because many of them (even those that advertise being all natural) taste a little too medicine-like and end up getting spit out long before I can get through them.
This product, in comparison, isn't like that. The throat drops have a pleasant honey flavor that isn't too strong and tastes a bit like (but not too much like) candy. As a result, I'm able to keep one of these in my mouth until it is completely gone.
Unfortunately, the one thing I find I don't like about this product is a pretty big one, they just don't seem to work as well as some of the other brands I've tried. Yes, they do manage to give me some temporary relief from my sore/itchy throat when I'm sucking on them. But, that effect doesn't last long beyond that point.
Since I'm not comfortable using one right after the other (even with the all-natural ingredients), this does mean the throat drops really don't work for me, at least not when I need more than just a few minutes of relief and can find a comparable product that will give me the desired results for not much more.

Final Opinion
I like the taste, the price and the all-natural ingredients. Unfortunately, at least in my case, they just don't work as well as I hoped they would and, because of that, I don't think this is a product I'll be purchasing again.
