I love to use throw pillows to add character to a room and there are so many different styles available to choose from. One design that seems to be an eternal classic is the floral pillows and in particular roses.

The very first throw pillows I brought when I was first married had a rose design and 20 years later and my daughter's latest request is for some rose pillows for her room. Luckily for my daughter I've discovered some cool rose pillows available through Zazzle.

The rose pillows that are available here are actually made by American MoJo and designed by various different talented designers at Zazzle (including myself). These throw pillows really are a perfect addition to add to your couch, daybed or a teen girls bed.

Here's the specifications for you - the size of these square pillows are 20"x20", they are handmade by single moms in the USA from 100% grade A woven cotton. They also have a hidden zipper enclosure always a good idea for when you need to clean them, talking of which they are also machine washable which is awesome.

The insert (which is synthetic) comes with the throw pillows which is great as I've been caught out in the past with just receiving the covers when I've ordered pillows online - doh!

You can see opposite that there are some great designs available and these particular ones are all based on photographs of roses.

There are so many different rose designs to choose from that it's not hard to see why roses have remained popular throughout the decades.

This climbing red rose pillow would be a great pillow for my dd's bedroom combining both the red and black colors she asked for along with gorgeously drawn roses. This particular throw pillow or cushion as my grandmother would've called it only has roses on one side of it, the other side is plain white.

I think this beautiful design was definitely designed with a bedroom in mind and I think it would add a romantic ambience to any room with it's simplicity.
