5 Easy SWEET Valentine's Day Cupcakes

These Cupid's S'mores Cupcakes happen to be ones I created last year for Valentine's Day. These are delicious with a Triple Chocolate Chunk Cupcake, Topped with a Toasted Marshmallow, Graham Crackers and Drizzled with Hot Fudge. Then I added a Valentine's Day Peep Heart to the top to give it some extra lovin'. These were so good it was like Cupid hit you with the Cupcake Love Arrow and that is how they got their name.

Cupid's S'mores Cupcakes

How cool is this Heart baked inside of the Cupcake? I love this and it is not as hard to create as you would think. Yes it takes a little more time to create this look, but I think it is all worth it to see the look on the face of your loved ones when then bite into the cupcake and see the Heart inside.

Of course you can also make this Valentine's Day Cupcake using any colors you want because you color the batter - so if you want a read heart inside then just use Red Food Coloring. Decorate the top any way you wish - it is all about the LOVE inside !!

HOW TO: Bake a heart into your cupcake

These Cut out Heart Cupcakes are Unique with the frosting peeking out through the Cut out Heart on the top. These again are not as hard as they look, yes they will take more time than just frosting and sprinkles, but how awesome do they look?

You can create these in any flavor combination that your loved ones love - here they did them in Red Velvet - Yummy !!! So grab your Heart Shaped Cookie Cuter and you are good to go.

Cut-out Heart Cupcakes

I just love these Cupcakes with Heart Shaped Strawberries on the top. This is a very simple Valentine's Day Cupcake you can create that screams LOVE.  All you do is cut a Large Strawberry in half and then take out a triangle shape at the top to create your Heart shaped Strawberry and stick in on top of your baked and frosted cupcakes - How EASY is that?

Maybe add a little drizzled chocolate on top too - Yum Yum Yum !!

These Dark Chocolate Cupcakes with Strawberry Buttercream topped with Brownie Hearts made me drool so they made it on my list. Come on Cupcakes and Brownies together - how could you lose with that combo?

You can create your Valentine's Day Cupcakes using any flavor choice you want and simply cut out a batch of brownies using a Heart shaped Cookie Cutter and top those babies with your Brownie Hearts. So Simply yet Delicious !!!
