I walk the dogs twice a day but still fall asleep almost every afternoon, even when I've had a good night's sleep. Sometimes I have trouble staying awake and just no energy to do anything. I'm getting to be an ole fogey!

Better Teeth for Baby
I started brushing my babies teeth as soon as they came in. I didn't use adult tooth paste rather I opted for a chemical free baby safe paste. To this day my kids have no calories and my oldest is 16.
