It had an absolutely massive build-up and then totally flopped at launch and was terrible!

What happened with D3?

Let's hope it's not like D3 then...

My expectations are really high for this. I'm going to be gutted if it's no good!

I really hope it lives up to expectations. It's rare that something like this evolves from a mod.

Lovely article on storytelling! Loved this piece!

Tolovaj, thanks for stopping by and commenting. I don't think anyone would ever want to deal with this, but it is kind of nice to know some of the tricks.

I loved this article!

It is good to hear there are still good deals on school supplies out there. We are getting ready for new school year in Europe too. I don't know about other countries, but our publishers use one dirty trick to sell more: instead of textbooks and workbooks (and frankly, as former teacher I don't think we need workbooks, textbook and notebook should be just fine) kids now have combination of two in one.

This means half of textbook is empty and kid has to write, draw, whatever on these pages (with question, partly drawn schemes etc.). This means at the end of the school year this text-workbook is useless for his younger brother or sister or anybody else. Next generation has to buy new books.

This strategy proved to make big profits for some publishers in initial years, but now many of them are in financial troubles. It seems these kind of tricks are not enough for running a solid business...

I hope I didn't stray too far from the subject:)

Thanks for the info!

Great stuff, I feel I should share this with others, too. Hmmm, where is that share button again???LOL

I didn't know elephants have their day. They certainly deserve it. They symbolize many things we shouldn't do to nature. If we need the reminder, maybe a reminder in size of an elephant - they are just perfect for the job!

Having just been in this situation myself, I'm appalled by the costs involved in funerals. There is very big business making lots of money here, capitalizing upon our grief.

Thank you for writing this. It's something which very much needs to be discussed.

I'm so lazy. I have a load of things here which need repairing. I just have them waiting on the side for me to get around to doing it. I did fix some trainers recently with glue though!

This is very interesting info. I know our laws are different and we will have collecting agencies in the future, so the laws will be changed again. I hope I'll never had to deal with this kind of debt collecting on neither side...
Thanks!

Yeah I had to keep the chickens in their own yard with all my dogs too. Some dogs are fine, but not all.
