Just Dance 3 For Nintendo Wii and Xbox 360 Kinect
Great post! I have this game and it's a lot of fun. Teens especially seem to enjoy it, though I'm quite past that demographic ;) lol I'd definitely recommend it though. Another game I really enjoy for wii is the Zumba 2!

How to Exercise at a Good Heart Rate
Very helpful advice here! I'm supposedly supposed to max out at 195 but that's usually where I find myself to be when I'm working out. Not sure if that's a good thing or bad thing, that's just how it always ends up being.
