Yes, I got your point, but I don't use social media. I'm in the UK too and hardly ever publish anything after midday UK time. It does depend on the kind of articles you write and who your audience is. I can definitely see your point if you use social media or mailing lists.

@Janet Yes, but I have not completed the links between the merchant and the affiliate program they run. You can do it by taking the merchant name, putting it into a Google search together with 'affiliate'. When you find the right URL, click it and see if the information you require is there. If not, it will be on the website of the company that runs the affiliate program for the merchant. To obtain the details under this scenario you may have to be a member (of CJ, share-a-sale, or whomsoever runs the aff prog).
I am not sure though whether the cookie duration will be linked to you or to VigLink (mental note to self: find out)

I have tested this out. I am in the UK. If I publish as if I am aiming at a UK clientele, but I am writing for the US public, my article bombs, when first published. If, however, I publish for the audience I am aiming at, the US, and I do that at a time when they are awake and available, my launch is much more effective.

You're very welcome. It's a common mistake that people make. Thus they're looking at the adverts on their page, without the Chitika test, and going WTF?! Everyone sees different ads, depending upon what they searched to arrive on that page. :D

Once you've set up the first feed, it's really quick and easy to add RSS to it. :D Thank you for this. I've created a test Twitter account to try it out. You'll know which one it is. ;)
