Very helpful advice here! I'm supposedly supposed to max out at 195 but that's usually where I find myself to be when I'm working out. Not sure if that's a good thing or bad thing, that's just how it always ends up being.

Yes, it uses butter so it's not particularly healthy. I guess you could use a lower-fat spread like butter but I prefer the pure ingredients of real butter myself. Perfect as an occasional, super yummy treat. Thanks for stopping by, pinkchic18 :)
