Holistic, you are so welcome. thanks for commenting

Thanks for review. I've heard of Vichy but hadn't tried the brand yet.

I love that Benjamin Franklin quotation, that's on the first t-shirt: 'Those who sacrifice liberty for security, deserve neither.' He was a very astute man.

At the last British general election, many of my disillusioned friends were saying that they weren't going to vote. It was a two-horse race between two parties, which were both infested with Thatcherism. I was laughed at for being determined to vote anyway.

One of my friends said, "Why are you even bothering?"

My answer was, "Because Emily Wilding Davison left me no choice." How can any woman be too apathetic to join the electorate, when a woman died to give us the right to do so?

I'm glad that you liked this. :D

up Up and AWAY with you dear man, enjoy your success as I see greatness in your future.

Oh my goodness, maybe the big G sent some undercover parties to destroy it so good content provider like yourself could not hide, G wants to know at all times what you're up to. It seems we can run, we can hide, but we can't get away from it!

Anyway, thanks for the help and heads up on what to do as alternative to scroogle and the like.

Thank you for reminding us of the sacrifices our historical and present women have made to insure our rights. Its a passionate gift they have given us and I feel we should uphold their work, sacrifices and press on as you and I both realize the work that remains! love Love LOVE this piece!

My pleasure Jo and as always its great to have you here, thanks for commenting!

I've seen class lawsuits being used a lot in human rights issues. For example, whole villages suing because a company poured toxic waste into their only water supply or, in an extremely horrific case in India, gassed the entire town.

Thank you for writing this.

As a writer, I adore soundtracks! That's fundamentally music written to set a certain mood for a story, which is invaluable when you're writing one.

I've not seen 'The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo', but I've heard a lot of good things about it. The fact that NIN was involved in the soundtrack moves it right up the 'to be watched' list!

*listens to the music in the link* Very atmospheric!

That always happens in academic writing. I remember during my dissertation spending days researching and defining a) the difference between a religion and a cult (there isn't one); and b) describing precisely what I meant by 'religion'. Get those things wrong and the paper is sunk before you even start. LOL

I get the feeling that if society didn't manufacture so many distinctions and 'normal behaviour' onto people, based solely on their genitals, then we wouldn't require quite so many words to describe all of the nuances!

You ramble away. I always enjoy your comments.

When you've got the whole range of human history coupled with a show aiming for realism, then it's inevitable that there's going to be some cross-over. With Whitechapel, that's intended. :D

I've never seen Criminal Minds. I'll have to check if we have it in Britain.

Those days are definitely stuck in my memory. Thankfully they have graduated to grunting at me instead now :-(

I will miss Scroogle if indeed it's gone for good. It was my search engine of choice. Thanks for the info.

It certainly helps to moisturize the scalp, so I wouldn't be surprised at all if it helps also against dandruff as this is often connected to a dry scalp. No own experience on that one neither, never had dandruff, perhaps because of the olive oil?

Thanks Sam. Yes, I've started replacing household items with really good quality ones when they wear out. They last longer and you get to use nice stuff every day. Better for the environment too, than all the cheap stuff that gets discarded.
