I picture you as being extremely organized, which I'm sure helps! I'm anything but. I'm meticulous about writing eval reports, similarly due to a sense of responsiblity for the info of others. I probably spend 2-3 times as long as most other therapists on these things (partly due to my struggle with presenting the material in an organized way).

RM, I cant say that I find profound enjoyment from such things, but, from experience, I have had to learn to create systems for myself that backup my data at home, the security of my system, and the the data and security of my sites, especially ones such as the one you mention where others data and time are my responsibility.

Luckily, in most cases it comes down to learning and performing something only once and setting it to schedule. Not much different then selecting a home AV and setting a scheduled time for full scans.

Pinning is going to be controversial as it's such an easy way to copy images and ignore copyright issues. People for the most part have little interest in stopping to think about whether they have the right to pin an image. It's good to bring these issues up for discussion, if only to make Pinterest users question whether they really should be pinning a particular picture.

I see people giving up too early all the time. People believe the 'get rich quick' myth. There is no get rich quick, but slow steady effort will eventually see a reward providing some attention has been paid to avoiding the other pitfalls you mention.

It's about time people started answering back on this topic! I can't help but think each Valentine's Day of how many people it is making feel inadequate and unloved. I know some people love having a day designated for romance, but if you love someone you love them all year long, right?

It makes a huge difference with myself and my kids. Being in therapy after a brain injury I had to learn many things over again. I can tell such a big difference in my therapy sessions and intellectual challenges when I eat brain healthy foods.

As for my youngest she is like two entirely different people if she eats offending foods. I lean toward vegetarian diets with organic foods. Huge difference.

I need to pay more attention to this. I have never really done much with my son's diet but planned on that this year. Can't hurt. Great information.

You are so right Brenda.. I feel like I am huge but everyone tells me that I can carry it because I am so tall.. no sure I agree 100% .. I wear more patterns on top and solid on bottom for some reason...love designs.. Everyone calls me Big Girl so I guess I need to just accept it!
